This residency program was sponsored by Biomet 3I Canada, 3M-ESPE, and PACE.

Program Overview:  In the first phase, the program focused on the hands-on experiences of diagnosis, treatment planning, impression making, surgical indexing, straight/angled abutment preparation, and temporization.
The second phase consisted of hands-on placement of dental implants in saw bone models and live patient surgical placement as well as training dental assistants in implant dentistry with operatory preparation, instrumentation, tray setup and sterilization.
